EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM

Employee involvement program is an initiative of participation and involvement of every employee in different CSR programs of organization. The main objective of this involvement is to cultivate the culture of social responsibility and sustainability among employees. Programs initiated under the same are: a.Donation of waste paper to local NGOs for making paper bags since FY 14-15. Celebration of Rakashabandhan with mentally challenged children and women since FY 16-17. b.Blood donation camps since FY 16-17. c.Participation in Nashik Run since FY 16-17. d.Donation of old uniforms to local villages since FY 17-18.

RESPONSE TO HUMANITARIAN DISASTERS

Disasters never come informed. Mitigation and restoration all lie on the support and contribution by various elements of society. CSR obligation accepted by Mungi Group to bring out a positive lying to society through its endeavors. In disaster response, Mungi Group CSR activities are more humanitarian in nature and we give quick response to such situations with the necessary relief like food, cloths, shelters etc. Programs initiated under the same are: a.Construction of a well during circumstances of a hydrological draught in Amboi, Maharashtra in FY17-19 b.Donations in form of groceries and daily utilities to kerala during the kerala floods in FY 18-19.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Education is the backbone of every society in this world. Although Government has taken various initiatives but that is not enough because the challenge is huge and Mungi Group have its commitment to provide and support education in the following ways:

a.YIT [earn & learn] program has been initiated since FY 14-15.
b.Skill Enhancement Programs for blue collars since FY 16-17.
c.Industrial visits for students from educational institutes since FY 17-18.
d.Donation of School Bus to Nashik First Traffic Park, Nashik in FY 18-19.

EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM :

F-19: Birthday cards, waste paper donation and employee interaction with Gharkul — Home for mentally challenged adult women.
